Our group classes are coached by designated trainers who are experienced in the specific areas of high interval training (H.I.I.T), yoga, aerobics, weight lifting, suspension trainers, sand pit workouts, which represents a part of our functional fitness regiment.

Weights classes

Weightlifting is essential to building muscle, balance and core strength. Our experienced weightlifting trainers will coach you through a circuit training and or free weight session.

Functional fitness

Our experienced trainers will coach you through the usage battle ropes, suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells and or other functional fitness movements.

Our trainers will coach you through an obstacle course in our outdoor sandpit that will increase your agility, core strength and overall fitness.
