Our group classes are coached by designated trainers who are experienced in the specific areas of high interval training (H.I.I.T), yoga, aerobics, weight lifting, suspension trainers, sand pit workouts, which represents a part of our functional fitness regiment.

Our experienced trainers will coach you through the usage battle ropes, suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells and or other functional fitness movements.

Outdoor Sandpit Workout & Obstacle Course

Our trainers will coach you through an obstacle course in our outdoor sandpit that will increase your agility, core strength and overall fitness.
