At the Ensley Health Club, our vision is to provide our members with a first class modern, chic and industrial studio style work out safe haven. With the use of technology, we have incorporated functional fitness and strength training in a secured facility that is accessible through our custom cloud based Ensley Health Club app. Our app allows members to gain keyless facility access during club hours.
Our missions is to provide you with a streamline approach to achieving your fitness and wellness goals through open gym workouts, engagement of our group classes and or one on one training sessions as you navigate through the variety of our combined 8 zones of indoor and outdoor modules.
Based on your fitness goals, you can do open gym workouts, join a group class or have our trainers make a workout plan that is right for you that accommodates your schedule in 30 or 60 minutes intervals. We believe that getting or staying in shape should be accomplished at your own pace so start with us today.
